Most gift cards are locked to a region. A card bought for one region will not load onto an account registered in another, and the platform will reject it rather than convert it.
Check before you buy
The region is shown on the product page and again in your cart. Match it to the country on the account you plan to top up, not to where you happen to be right now.
Finding your account region
- Steam: Account details shows your store country.
- PlayStation: the country chosen when the account was created. It cannot be changed once there is wallet balance.
- Google Play: Payments profile shows the country, which is fixed to the account.
If you bought the wrong region
Contact us before revealing or redeeming the code. If the code has not been shown we can usually help. Once a code is visible we have to treat it as used, so nothing can be done at that point.
