Where can I find my past orders and codes?

Everything you have bought stays in your account, so a lost email is never a lost code.

Finding an order

1. Sign in and open My account.
2. Choose Orders to see every order with its date, total, and status.
3. Open any order to see the recipient number for a reload, or the full voucher code for a gift card.

If you checked out as a guest

Guest orders are tied to the email address you entered rather than to a login. Use the link in your confirmation email, or send us the order number and the email you used and we will retrieve it.

Keeping codes safe

Treat a voucher code like cash. Anyone holding it can spend it, and a spent code cannot be replaced. Avoid forwarding codes in group chats.
