Dialog, Mobitel, Hutch and Airtel reloads are usually credited within 30 seconds of your payment clearing.
During peak hours or a carrier outage it can take up to 15 minutes. The order status changes to Completed once the carrier confirms it.
If the balance has not moved after 15 minutes, send us the order number and the recipient number and we will trace it with the carrier.
