Your code appears on the order page as soon as payment clears, and we email a copy. Redeeming it happens on the provider site or app, not on Topups.lk.
Where each code goes
- Steam: Steam client or website, then Games, then Redeem a Steam Wallet Code.
- PlayStation: PlayStation Store, then your profile, then Redeem Codes.
- Google Play: Play Store app, then your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Redeem code.
- CASHlib and similar vouchers: enter the code at the merchant you are paying, choosing the voucher as your payment method.
If the code is rejected
- Retype it by hand. Copying can pick up a trailing space.
- Check for characters that look alike, such as 0 and O, or 1 and I.
- Confirm the account region matches the card region. This is the most common cause.
If it still fails, send us the order number. Please do not post a voucher code in public anywhere, since anyone who sees it can spend it.
