How do I check my order status?

Every order gets a status you can check at any time. You do not need to contact us to see where things stand.

Where to look

1. Sign in and open My account, then Orders.
2. Find the order by date or order number.
3. The status sits next to the order total.

What each status means

• Pending payment. We have created the order but PayHere has not confirmed your payment yet. This usually clears in under a minute.
• Processing. Payment cleared and we are sending your top-up or fetching your code.
• Completed. Done. Reloads have been sent to the carrier, and any voucher code is visible on the order.
• Cancelled. The order did not go through. If money left your account, see the payment articles.

Not signed in? The confirmation email carries the same order number, and we can look it up for you if you send it over.
